Time Me has been designed with customisation at it’s heart, letting you build even the most complex workouts with the minimum of effort, all from one clean intuitive interface.
Each exercise lets you select from the following options:

TIME
Set the preparation time, warm up time, exercise time, cool down time and rest time for each exercise
(Or any combination of the above)

INTENSITY
Set the intensity of the exercise between 0 and 99

REPEAT
Repeat the entire exercise (or just the workout portion) up to 99 times during each workout set

INCLUDE IN SETS
Each exercise lets you specify which workout sets, it's to be included in, letting you create truly complex routines from just a few simple exercises

Mute individual exercises or entire workouts to stop Time Me alerting you when they are started, giving you complete control over the notifications you receive whilst you work out
You can even choose what type of information is spoken for each and every exercise.

Each workout and exercise shows the length of time it will take to complete, so you can select a routine that fits around you.

KEEP IT FRESH
Mix things up a little, with the handy shuffle feature, to keep your body guessing and maximise results.
(exercises or workouts can easily be pinned so they stay put when you shuffle)

MUSIC WHILE YOU TRAIN
Time me let's you load playlists straight from your device, letting you choose the perfect soundtrack for your workout.

BETTER WITH FRIENDS
Easily share workouts with friends, or even save them to load again later, giving you complete freedom to try out new ideas without loosing your favourite routines
